GDPR

The GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation - was formed to harmonise the legislation for usage of personal data within the EU in order to protect the personal data making sure the person has control for who is using the personal data. It requires companies to describe e.g.:

• What personal data ia used
• How is the data processed
• How to delete the personal data if the user requests this (the right to be forgotten)

Via the Data Processing Agreement, workplaceON is complying with GDPR.
